Yes. You can configure your custom packaging to meet your needs–including size, material, and quantity–directly on our product pages and instantly view a quote for your project.

At Packlane, we offer a variety of packaging products to choose from and customize. Our custom boxes include Shipping Boxes, Mailer Boxes, Corrugated Product Boxes, and a selection of Cardstock Product Box styles. They can be ordered in both stock and custom sizes at low minimums and are great for ecommerce deliveries. You can also level up the unboxing experience with our custom Tissue Paper, Wrapping Paper, and Packing Tapes. For retail brands, we offer multiple Cardstock Product Box styles and custom flexible Pouches to help you stand out on the shelf.

Whether designing online or with professional design software, you can get an instant quote by configuring your item on any of our product pages. To download a custom dieline template, or to upload your completed artwork, click ‘Upload Now’ after configuring your item. From there, you can download a PDF dieline using the ‘Download Dieline Template’ button if you’re getting started, or upload your completed artwork and continue on to checkout.

If you are starting from scratch or if you have individual artwork elements such as logos, images, or text, you can customize packaging specifications directly on our 3D design tool. It includes features to customize your design with text, shapes, background colors, uploaded images, QR codes, and more. Once you have finalized your design, you can proceed directly to checkout, save your design for later, or even share your design with friends or colleagues!

Available production speeds for custom packaging orders vary based on the product and quantity purchased. Standard production for corrugated boxes starts at 7 business days with Rush options as fast as 4 business days. For the most up-to-date production speed for your product and quantity please visit our product pages. Note that production speeds do not include transit time (1 - 7 business days, depending on your location). Also, during extremely busy times of year some orders may take longer to complete. While delivery estimates cannot be guaranteed, all dates shown at checkout are the quickest estimate we offer. If your delivery date is time-sensitive, we highly recommend choosing Rush production and expedited shipping for your box orders.

After checkout, our dedicated Prepress team will review your design for any technical concerns and send a 2D digital proof of your custom product to your email within 24 hours. If any changes need to be made, you can send a note directly to our Prepress team through the proof page and they'll be happy to help with finalizing your design for printing.

All new orders will receive a digital proof within 24 hours of completing the checkout process.

Our dedicated in-house Prepress team will review your custom box design for any technical concerns (such as: image quality and resolution, text sizes, split images across box seams, and correct bleeds); if found, the team will note the concerns in the proof for your review. If you're unsure of how to fix any printing concerns that are noted, our Prepress professionals are happy to help you through the process. It's important to keep in mind that our team does not check for spelling or grammar errors, nor do they provide any subjective feedback on design content.

Yes! We can print on the inside of any of our box styles, just choose ‘Both Sides’ when configuring ‘Printed Sides’ for your box. If designing within our online 3D Design Tool you can toggle between working on the ‘outside’ and ‘inside’ when creating your graphics. If submitting artwork created in professional graphic design software, we recommend submitting separate files for the inside and outside that are clearly labeled (for example Box_Interior and Box_Exterior) to help our Prepress team prepare your proofs accurately.

As a high-volume producer with scale economies, Packlane provides the industry's most competitive prices available on custom printed boxes. Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, box style, box material, number of printed sides, and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings). Custom box orders of 5,000 or more may be eligible for non-digital print methods, offering even more savings.
