Material options

  • White inside and out, making it the best option for full-color pouch designs. This 4.6 mil thick material also offers the best oxygen protection.

    These Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) pouches are compliant for direct food contact (FDA21 CFR177.1630). Ditto for the sealant (FDA21 CFR177.1520).

    Additional technical information: 48ga. PET/3.0 mil. EVOH Coex/Ink/Laminate (this material is not currently recyclable)

  • Being transparent is always good. Our 4.6 mil clear film offers a glimpse of the actual product inside, which can entice customers.

    These Polyethylene Terephthalate (PET) pouches are compliant for direct food contact (FDA21 CFR177.1630). Ditto for the sealant (FDA21 CFR177.1520).

  • Metallized film commands attention. It's 3.1 mil, slightly thinner than the other pouch materials, but it offers the best protection from moisture and light.
