if only i could give zero reviews... stay away from this company. they waste your time and money. they misprinted my order and instead of fixing their mistake and sending me my correct order, they refused to take responsibility for their own fault and offered me $50 store credit. such an awful company morals, such an awful customer care...

The company printed the boxes twice and had tha same printing error both times. I contacted customer service 4-5 times during the ordering process, including the design process because I noticed errors on their end in the proof process. It was a mess. Just don't waste your time.

The first order I had last year, they never sent a real proof only pdf. The final product was missing all of the detail that was in the pdf so it was misleading. Now this year they said they got new printers. The new print looks 10x better, but is still missing the detail. I think they should offer a lower moq so people can test it out. The prices this year seemed way more reasonable, it doesn’t seem like it went up with inflation so I will continue to use their services. However just keep in mind if you have certain detail or colors their printers may not sue it and their pdf proof isn’t going to show it. They also never reached out to correct the issues I had the first time.

The color on the package was way different than previous batches, despite it being the same file. This is going to make displaying them a lot more difficult. And the overall print quality seems to have gone downhill quite a bit despite the price going up. Shipping the order used to be via standard ground shipping in multiple large boxes, and now it’s shipped via freight which is MUCH more expensive and requires liftgate service if you don’t have a forklift

I paid $500 extra dollars to get them by a certain deadline. A month and a half later they still hadn't shipped. It was IMPOSSIBLE to reach anyone in customer service who knew what was going on. Finally had to cancel the order and give out our Christmas gifts unwrapped. Don't waste your time!!!!
