Will I see a proof for my order? How do I know if my art is printable?

All new orders receive a 2D digital proof via email within 24 hours of submitting your order. Our Prepress team will include advisories regarding any technical artwork issues they encounter when preparing your artwork for proofing. See this article for more information on resolving artwork concerns during proofing.

As the customer, you are responsible for reviewing spelling, design layout, size, color, and material. Packlane is not responsible for errors approved on proofs.

If you haven't received your proof to your email inbox within 24 hours of placing your order, please check your Spam/Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders or message our Support team.


Artwork Revisions:

You can make changes and go through as many proof rounds as you need to get your box design the way you want it; you can also cancel your order during the proofing process if necessary. 

 

Proof Approval:

Your production turnaround cannot start until a proof is approved for production. Any delays in proofing may result in an update to your estimated delivery date.

Please note: If we don't receive feedback or approval on your digital proof within 3 business days of payment, we will bypass proof approval and send your order into production.

Once the order is in Production, no further changes or cancellations can be made. In the event special accommodations can be made for post-approval changes or cancellations will be subject to a post-approval Change Fee or Cancellation Fee of $35.

What if I placed a Restock order?

If you placed an order using the Restock button on your My Orders page, you will not receive a proof. Restocking is a great way to have us pull the previous artwork and zip it along to Production as quickly as possible. We recommend using this option only if you have no artwork or other changes from your last order!
