Our custom boxes include Shipping Boxes, Mailer Boxes, Corrugated Product Boxes, and a selection of Cardstock Product Box styles. They can be ordered in both stock and custom sizes at low minimums and are great for ecommerce deliveries. You can also level up the unboxing experience with our custom Tissue Paper, Wrapping Paper, and Packing Tapes. For retail brands, we offer multiple Cardstock Product Box styles and custom flexible Pouches to help you stand out on the shelf.

Whether designing online or with professional design software, you can get an instant quote by configuring your item on any of our product pages. To download a custom dieline template, or to upload your completed artwork, click ‘Upload Now’ after configuring your item. From there, you can download a PDF dieline using the ‘Download Dieline Template’ button if you’re getting started, or upload your completed artwork and continue on to checkout.

If you are starting from scratch or if you have individual artwork elements such as logos, images, or text, you can customize packaging specifications directly on our 3D design tool. It includes features to customize your design with text, shapes, background colors, uploaded images, QR codes, and more. Once you have finalized your design, you can proceed directly to checkout, save your design for later, or even share your design with friends or colleagues!

Most custom packaging takes 7 to 15 business days to produce, varying by product and increasing with quantity. Production starts once you approve your proof, and shipping time is separate.

For your actual dates, design your packaging and enter your address at checkout. Dates shown there are our best estimates, not guarantees.

Need it sooner? Rush Production is available on select products and quantities. Pair it with expedited shipping, and approve your proof as soon as it lands to keep your date on track.

Yes, you'll always see a proof before we print.

After checkout, our Prepress team checks your artwork and emails you a 2D digital proof (PDF) within 24 hours.

You then have 3 business days to approve it, request changes, or update your design yourself. Need a hand? Message our Prepressteam right from the proof page.

We'll send reminders. If we haven't heard from you by the 4th business day, we'll approve the proof for you and start production to preventmore delays. After that we can't make changes or cancel, so review your proof as soon as it lands.

All new orders will receive a digital proof within 24 hours of completing the checkout process.

Our Prepress team reviews your artwork before production and flags anything that might not print as you expect: low-resolution images, small text, thin lines, or artwork orientation. You'll see those notes on your digital proof, and if you're not sure how to fix one, our Prepress reps are happy to help.

One thing we don't review is content. Please check your spelling, layout, colors, scannable codes, and specs yourself. We print exactly what's on the approved proof, so anything missed there prints that way too.

Yes, on every box style we make, including Mailer Boxes, Shipping Boxes, and Product Boxes. Inside printing is one of the easiest ways to make an unboxing feel intentional.

Design both sides right in our free 3D Design Tool. If you'd rather upload your own files, label them "Box Interior" and "Box Exterior" so our Prepress team knows which is which.

As a high-volume producer with scale economies, Packlane provides the industry's most competitive prices available on custom printed boxes. Pricing is generally a factor of five things: dimensions, box style, box material, number of printed sides, and quantity (higher quantities = bulk savings). Custom box orders of 5,000 or more may be eligible for non-digital print methods, offering even more savings.
