What is the turnaround time for promotional boxes?

The standard turnaround time for promotional boxes is 7-10 business days, 15 days for HDPrint Gloss. A rush option is available which will take 4-6 business days. Take note that this does not include weekends, holidays, and transit time.

Do you offer box inserts?

Absolutely! We provide custom paperboard or corrugated cardboard inserts tailored to fit any box you order. For custom inserts starting from scratch, the minimum order is 2000 units. Need a dieline file? We've got you covered! To proceed, just email our Packlane Plus team at quotes@packlane.com with:

  • Box and insert dimensions
  • Box and insert artwork (preliminary or final)
  • Material choice (Kraft/white corrugate or white paperboard)
  • Order quantity
If you need a basic corrugated pad or divider without a dieline, we might assist with a smaller order. Email project details and a sample image to quotes@packlane.com. Note: All our inserts are custom-made; we don’t offer pre-made versions.

Do you provide a sample before I place my order?

You can order sample boxes before placing a large order. Choose ‘1 Sample’ from the quantity dropdown menu and you’ll get a sample box you can check and inspect before placing a larger order.
