Standard production typically takes 7 to 10 business days, while for the HDPrintGloss option, it extends to 15 business days. If you're in a hurry, our rush production offers a quicker turnaround of 4 to 6 business days.

Can I get a sample before I place my order?

You can order a sample box. Choose ‘1 Sample’ in the quantity field on the product page. When you’re ready to order a larger quantity, you can reuse the same design.

Can I order in bulk and will I have discount?

Yes, we offer custom and wholesale orders. Quantity discounts are automatically applied and shown on the product page itself. For orders beyond 10,000 pieces, you can request a quote and a member of the Packlane team will contact you with a custom quote.

Do you offer inserts?

Absolutely! Alongside our custom boxes, we provide fully personalized paperboard or corrugated cardboard inserts to perfectly fit the custom boxes you purchase from us. Custom inserts require a minimum order of 2000 units if you need assistance creating a dieline file. If you meet the minimum quantity, reach out to the Packlane team at quotes@packlane.com with your box and insert dimensions, artwork details, preferred material, and order quantity. If you're after simple corrugated pads or dividers, we might offer reduced minimums based on your project. Just share your requirements and sample image with us at quotes@packlane.com. Remember, all our inserts are tailored to match your needs, just like our boxes.

  2. Once inside the design tool, you can upload images, and add text, shapes, and colors.
  3. A live preview is displayed on the right side to display your real time design edits.
  4. Once you’re done with your design, click ‘Add to cart’ and continue the order process.

Yes! Most of our cardboard material choices incorporate recycled content, adhering to the paper industry's highest standards. Kraft and Standard White corrugated cardboard both boast a significant portion of recycled materials.
