Packlane’s website changes are now live. It’s still the same Packlane you’ve come to know and love but we’ve made a few small tweaks designed to make the user experience better. If you’ve been rocking with us from the start, we’ll go over all the changes down below. 

What’s changed? 

  • Upgraded design tool 
    • We’ve made our online design tool even better. You can now see a live preview of the full box design. You can spin it around and see all the changes applied to your design in real-time. Want to design offline? No problem. You can request a dieline.
  • Increased order capacity 
    • Do you want more? We’ll give you more. We’ve increased the maximum order capacities of Mailers & Shippers up to 7,000 and product boxes up to 10,000 without needing a custom quote.  
  • Cart function 
    • Less jumping through hoops is always good. We’ve added a cart function so that you can order more than one product or box design at a time. 
  • A secret section 
    • We’ve laid the groundwork for the website’s future surprises. We’ve got something new coming your way soon! 

You’ve got questions? We’ve got answers. 

Q: Has my order history been saved? 

A: Yes, we’ve migrated your order history and it’s still available in your ‘My Orders’ section. 

Q: Can I place restocks for old orders? 

A: Yes, and the process remains the same. Navigate to your ‘My Orders’ section, enter the quantity you need, and click ‘RESTOCK’. 

Q: Can I still access my saved designs? 

A: Yes, although our upgraded design tool is not compatible with legacy designs, just reach out to our customer service team so they can sort it out for you.
