How thick is the material of my boxes and how much will they weigh?

The flute of your box largely depends on the dimensions and style.
Our default board (material) stock for each style is as follows:

| Product Boxes | 16pt or 18pt | N/A | 16oz or 1 lb |
* Small/medium Mailer boxes can be requested in B-Flute if preferred. Additional charges may apply for this thicker material option.
** Thicknesses shown represent raw material thickness. After shipping, storage, and production, the physical thickness of your finished box material may be thinner due to the natural compression of the material over time.
*** Maximum weight will depend on the arrangement of contents inside the box, the strength of tape/glue used to assemble your box, and average shipping & handling conditions.
Because we offer custom-sized boxes, we cannot provide a list of per-box weights for all sizes. But here's a handy chart with some of our most common sizes and their estimated empty per-box weights as a point of reference!
