Ordering custom packaging from Packlane is easy: 

1. Choose your product.  
2. Enter your box dimensions, quantity, and other specifications.  
3. Upload your artwork or design your packaging using our online 3D Design Tool.  
4. Review your order and complete checkout.  
5. Approve the digital proof we send, then production begins. 

About your proof: After checkout, we'll email you a digital proof so you can check your design before anything goes to press. You have 3 business days to approve it or request changes, and we'll send reminders along the way. 

If we haven't heard from you by the 4th business day, we'll approve the proof for you and start production, so your delivery date doesn't keep slipping. Whatever's on that proof is what we print — so give it a look as soon as it lands.  

Our minimum order quantity depends on the product, for example: 

• Corrugated boxes: 1 unit  
• Cardstock boxes: 25 boxes 
• Pouches: 100 units  

These low minimums make it easy to order a custom-printed small batch and test your design, material, and packaging size before placing a larger order. Please visit our product detail pages to confirm the minimum order quantity for your desired product.  

Your test order follows the same proofing and production process as a regular order—Rush Production and expedited shipping are available for eligible orders.

No. You can upload your artwork when placing your order, and our team will provide a digital proof for you to review before production begins. 

If your artwork needs changes, you can request revisions during the proofing process until you're happy with the final design. 

If you don't have artwork yet, you can create your design using our 3D Design Tool, save it, and come back to complete your order later. 

Yes. If you're signed in to your Packlane account, you can save your box design and return to it anytime. 

Save your design while using the 3D Design Tool, then access it later from Saved Designs in your account to continue editing or complete your order. 

You can reorder a previous order using the Reorder feature if you don't need to change your artwork, dimensions, or material. 

1. Log in to your Packlane account.  
2. In My Account, go to My Orders.  
3. Find the item you want to reorder.  
4. Under “Order more”, enter the quantity you'd like to order.  
5. Click Reorder.  
6. Review the configuration and make any additional adjustments. 
7. Click Reorder this item. 
8. Complete checkout.  

You can make most changes before approving your proof.  

After proof approval, some changes may not be possible. Shipping address changes may incur carrier fees and can cause delivery delays.

On orders with custom printing, you should receive a PDF proof within 24 hours after placing your order. 

If you don't receive your digital proof within 24 hours, check your Spam/Junk, Promotions, and Updates folders. If it's still missing, please get in touch with our Customer Service team. 

You can request changes and go through as many proof revisions as needed until you're happy with your design. You may also cancel your order during the proofing process if necessary. 

Once you approve your proof, your order moves into production and can no longer be changed or canceled. Your item then goes through printing, cutting, folding, quality assurance, and packing before shipment.  

Production does not begin until you approve your proof. Delays in proof approval may affect your estimated delivery date.

The easiest way to estimate shipping costs is through our checkout page. Create a mock order using the same box style, size, and quantity you plan to purchase—no artwork is required. 

1. Select your box style and enter your box dimensions.  
2. Choose your order quantity.  
3. Click Checkout.  
4. Enter your shipping address.  
5. Click Get Delivery Options to view available shipping methods, estimated transit times, and shipping costs.
